Maureen discovered the world of Association Management 14 years ago while working for Fernley and Fernley, Inc. and focused on national and international based distribution trade associations. This experience allowed Maureen to determine the joys of the business – working with volunteers, interacting with members, strategic and tactical work on behalf of ever changing Boards.
In 1998, after the birth of her first daughter, Maureen started her business when potential clients contacted Fernley to find someone who did what they did, but on a “smaller, local level.” The management immediately contacted Maureen. Since then, Maureen has built a business based on a love for working with the passionate volunteers and members from various industries in the local Greater Philadelphia region.
The firm continues to grow and respond to the fast paced and technologically savvy members of our various organizations.
