“The Foundation’s primary focus is to raise funds to bring back the Philadelphia Police Department’s Mounted Unit and to support its operations for the next two years until the City can incorporate its costs into the Department’s operating budget,” he added.

The Philadelphia Police Foundation, www.phillypolicefoundation.org, engages business, professional and civic communities, and the general public in advancing the mission of the Philadelphia Police Department through collaborative initiatives, in-kind resources, training, and funding for the Department.
