“The Philadelphia Police Foundation in 2014 had a record year for fundraising. As a result, we were able to fund equipment, programs and training requests that were needed for the Philadelphia Police Department,” said Maureen Rush, PPF Board President and Vice President for Public Safety and Superintendent of Police at the University of Pennsylvania.

“This record year was made possible by the outstanding efforts and support of our board of directors, all of whom volunteer their time and expertise to fulfill our foundation’s mission to provide the Philadelphia Police Department with the important tools it needs to maintain a safe environment for every citizen, business person and visitor in Philadelphia,” Rush added.
