Market Street ‘Run for Blue’ Presented by Wawa — A Huge Success

Friends: Thank you for making the 1st annual Market Street Run for Blue, Presented by Wawa, a major success.
Despite the rain and wind yesterday morning, we had 1163 pre-registered runners and walkers and raised nearly $140,000 for the Philadelphia Police Foundation. Our sponsors are spectacular. Each of them is listed below and this would not have been possible without them.
These numbers are amazing. Thank you!
Looking ahead to 2020
We are already excited for next year. Our event date is contingent upon the Philadelphia Eagles schedule (hosting our event on the same day as a 1 p.m. Birds home game is not tenable for the City or PPD).
The Plan is for the 2nd annual Market Street Run for Blue to take place October 2020 – exact date TBD. The Eagles schedule will be released in late March and we’ll announce our new date within a few days — likely before end of March 2020.
